The era that defined BraveHeart Gaming is finally, officially over.
An end has come to an epic story in the history of BraveHeart Gaming.....
We would like to deny it, but we can only experiance what is happening right now.

Until the end of time
Abandoned and alone I rotate my maps,
No one that loves me, no visitors
All my dreams shattered and torn apart,
Still hearing the fighting in my head
Abandoned and alone I sit at night,

some place save where I can shed my tears
all I ever was is now gone...

It is a long story, started in 2005 and lasted till 2011.

only fragg servers stay behind and we all remember the good times we had.
Many battels are fought, many friendships have risen.
We have made reallive friends in this era, meetings where held.
Lauchs and tears where shared, newborns where welcomed and those who died where honored.
I am proud to have been the leader of BraveHeart Enemy-Territory Legion!
No other Legion or community has done what we have reached......
I was an epic era for me as leader,

i dedicated my life to it

Very sad news. But very understandable decision.
It doesn't make sense to keep the ET servers up when they hardly ever get used.
For me, the saddest thing is how activity dwindled over the last 3 years to the point where the server's been dead for the last 9 months - apart from specially arranged evenings. I'll miss the final battles on 30/7/11 as I'll be away on holiday.
When I first started playing on the Braveheart #1 server a few years ago, me and my family called it the "crazy server" because it was always so busy - 15 vs 15 or 20 vs 20 made for crazily hectic and fun battles. So maybe the best way to look at it is not to be sad, but to be happy because of all the great games we had together.
I'm assuming that the annual meetings will still take place in November? We can't play WoT at these meetings unless the nature of the game changes, or the meeting place gets some kind of T1 WAN internet link. So we'll still have a couple of days of intense ET playing at the meetings.
Meeting is in november, newsletter about that will follow this week.

Indeed the end is finally coming... but after such a long and rich history life for BH ET-servers and BH-ET-community!
We managed not to die in some other past times, many of the members tried their best to keep the server alive and many things were made during the last times, it helped for a time but now ET worldwide activity is globally going down and we can do nothing about it, we already last very long compare to other servers and clans!
We buit a great community and spirit, we were best server on SL many times, we attracted many quality (skills and/or spirit!) players for long times, some becaming members some not, but most of them coming back many times on our server because of the fairness, the fun and the quality of the games and the players online!
A great thing was made, we all enjoyed it, time now for BH-ET to rest (and revive from time to time regarding to Blue's other post 😛 🙂 🙂 )
I'll sure proudly keep my tag if visiting other servers!
Nice and true words you wrote Blue, a very big thanks to you and Bomber for the work, the time, the financial implication in the server, the fun and the firendship! Thanks to you, we all BH members made and enjoyed a great thing!
Thanks my fellow former and actual admin friends 😉 , thanks my fellow members and VIP friends, 8) I did have many great times with you and spent so much hours on the same game as I never did before and probably won't ever anymore!!! 😃 😃 .

Sad to hear thats now over with ET. It was a great time on BH1 Funserver and I must say I love this Game. Lin3 says right words about the activity on BH1 nobody else was there the last weeks. I post for only one evening with much of fun on the Funserver, but there was only one reaction from Ceedarteeth.We play this evening 2 hours on BH1 but nobody else was incomming.I hope we see us in the future (at the meeting perhaps) or you can come to visit me in Wilhelmshaven. I have get you as my best Online and Realfriends where ever and I hope thats the same in the Future.If I have a car I would visit you one day, and would speak than about old times on BH1 with the fun and big events what we have. Ill be there for the last battle on BH1. I hope we can speak this day over TS and I hope too that we have much fun the last battle at this evening.

bomber sub-zero reptile puni and the others it was so nice.
the time i started playing on the bh server was great but i never reached my goal. i always wanted to get the lv to kick people beacause i
often played in the morinings and there were some nasty guys who needed to be warned and kicked but i never had the lv to beware the server of those who
wanted to interrupt our rules. these guys made me sad and i lost the fun to play in the morning times.
what i want to say is i had a great time with you and a goal but i had a lot of stuff to do for school this year and if i had the time to play no one were on the server wich
confused me .
i thought what is with the old times when the server were nearly overfilled of people and i couldnt find an answer

Now I'm finished with my studies, finally have some weeks of rest, so I was about to visit sometimes also BH #1. So when I got this e-mail I was sadly surprised.
But i wasn't online for long, long time, i don't know the situation at all, but I know BH is a serious buiness and serious reasons was critical in this hard decision. As I see it's due to lack of players, but I understand that there is few people like Us, who value pleasant and funny atmosphere of the game more than kick-ass graphic effects...
Can You upload some cool videos (oh, if You have) on YT for example, to commemorate our "toybox"? 🙂

its sad that BH is comming to an end.
but to be realistic : the last time no one played annymore. most players go into WOT and that game is not for me.
we had great years at BH and i played with a lot of fun with many nice people.
gerard and helma thx for all the fun buts over now.

Didn't think i would find it so hard, but now Blue told me, 'Hun, we are pulling the plug out of ET', it does make me sad. 😢
But we have to be realistic, the BH ET part is over, I always told u guys before battles,
'it isn't over till the Fat lady sings', well im sorry to say this but she sings her song, and im crying my tears out my eyes, because her song is a Beautifull history story, off friends who found eachother trough a game, love stories that started here, battles who started and ended, it was a real-life Opera sometimes, but it was a bloody good one!!!
My dear friends im sure we meet again, is it not on ET then on other games and ofcourse the Annual meeting i hope we keep this one going for the sake of our friendships.

Although I didn't play ET anymore I followed your site, it's sad to see you stop with the ET servers.
I can understand that it's not the same as it use to be so probably a good decision.
I won't forget the good times we had, me as a member and admin together in the early years as an old fart 8O .
My wishes for you that there will be a free game in the future that will be simular to ET so there will be
a new fanbase.

we all knew this was comming, but it doesnt make it easy'er. I think its the right thing to do ATM.
Blue, Bomber and all admins.... Thanks for the great times. We had fun, but all good times will come to a end in time.
I have got a great time on the bh servers, made friends , got to know lots off people, had great meetings with lots off boose.
Some off us (including myself) are no fan off wot, but thats ok. Everyone should do what the like best.
Some people still play ET, and i see them once in a while online. Now there is no more BH-ET i can say (i hope) that the people that are still in to ET know where they can find the remaining BH-ET players.
For the wot players who would like to play ET once in a while, come see us and we catch up te old times.
Add me to x-fire and join us on the battle field.
For those who dont play ET anymore, have lots off fun with other gaming and the BH-gaming comm. We will meet again for sure one day.

Hy Blueangel, Bomberbabe and all other BH´s and m8s,
that sounds very sad, but we knew the last few month that this would become sadly true. It was like a virus you can´t heal... 😢
I remember the great times with a full server with many peeps on, with evenings from monday until sunday with 15 vs 15 or more, with a fair and epic gaiming, i remember the fun and the warmness of a very nice community and i remember the day, it was during playing the Praetoria Part 2-map, bomberbabe asked me, if i want to become a member of BH officially. It was a very great honour and i was very happy and proud of it. There before Boeddha talked with me and then Reptile, and after that they talked with the other admins...
All history now 😢
The only thing that i can do is:

You know.. I didnt play a lot on BH.. But the fact is that I never did quit for no reason - It was always friends outdoor, bro needed info from internet etc..

Despite all the headaches that I must have give you sometimes (sorry for my behaviour 🙁 ) it is very sad to see BraveHeart ET server going down. I had also some good times there, with BH members and other players too. But life must go on, and I hope to see you sometime, maybe on WoT, or in a future ET server? :b
