With the demise of the BH server on 4/8/11 - apart from special occasions - would anyone like to name alterntative non-BH ET servers that they play on?
ET is too good a game to stop playing it regularly because of the end of the BH server.
And maybe we can help postpone the death of another server.
NO, I've never heard of any other severs... and what other sever is dying and who prophesied it? The only problem is members want to play on there own terms and time ...
it would be nice if we could find another server thats nice and on wich we could meet eachother beause i dont really like war of tanks 🙁
If Blue gives me permission to provide one that I play on when I have a decent connection (only have wireless ATM), I'll post it here.
I don't want to break one of the most sacred rules of advertising another ET site.

since BH ET is going down, i see no problems with friends communicating where they play.
especialy when they keep tag.

I mean somes BH and liked them all. I also know lin3 from a nq 129 where he played often.
My clan and my self with the help of another communty made a new noquarter last month. This is a fun servers with easy rules.
As we have somes difficulty to make it popular i propose you to test it 🙂 and since your server is down.

Some of us play @ FA server, it is not the gameplay like BH has/had, but there are allway's players online.
So if ya got a bit off time come visit some of your friends here. For a nice game, or just to say hello.

I dont like to play on other server, but I must do this if I would play ET. I pray long time for more activity on our Funserver, but no reaction from our Members.I post for a evening with much fun, but no intrested Player was there. I post it two times without reaction so I search for a good and fair Server and find the UJE Teamplayserver. They have the same rules as Braveheart thats what I like very much, so I play from time to time on this Server and have the same fun as I have on BH Funserver the first time I played as regular player. If you have the same Fun as me join this Server with the iP: 188.138.76.165:27960. I play with my regular name and Tag on this Server. Sorry Blue I have no fun with World of Tanks, ET is my life and Im so sad that BH ET goes offline. I hope you find a way to start BH ET in the future again. 😃 😃 😃 😳 😳

@Hawkie: i know the UJE servers since many years, they are very nice, esp. the teamplay and sniper server. I like to play there. But i hate it that they have no "punkbuster anti cheat protection". That means, your lesson does not be ranked at trackbase... for ONLY fun its ok, there are many very nice players and wonderfull (UJE)-maps, but if i want to get a bit ranked, its useless to play there 🙁
@repi-m8: yes, the F|A NOQUARTER XPSAVE is nice too, there you can have fun on a good visited server. I play there too sometimes and i get nearly everytime a "+" (positive) amount of rank points ;-) Thats nice.... And you meet other BH-members and EX-non BH members.
.... and there you can kick REPTILE´s little butt again 😛 😆 😈

I've been playing a bit on other ET servers lately.
This evening I came to the conclusion that I really miss the Braveheart ET gameplay from a few years ago.
It annoyed me that so many players on the servers I tried were just going for frags with so few going for objectives.
That the defending side had so many medics. I followed one who was getting lots of kills. He went through an entire battle without giving any medic help to any team-mates. He was just going rambo near the enemy spawn all the time.
Panzerfausts whacking me dead too often. Just irritating.
Team damage turned off, making certain classes powerful - flamers, field ops. Certain classes nerfed - coverts as you can shoot at your team-mates to check if they're covert with no penalty.
Too many of the same old classic maps. Not enough map variety.
Maybe I just got used to the Braveheart rules and culture when playing ET and am just finding it too much of a culture shock to play on other servers?
