Recruiting players for 10.500 euro's

Im recruiting players who wanne commit them selves to a team who will be lead by me.

I want to create the best possible team i can get, that means teamspeak is a pro..

its a game...we might win a few rounds..so here is what my plans are for that:
80% to the players in my team, 20% goes to BHL clan for server costs.

Battles are 7 vs 7
Maps: Cliff, Mines, Prokhorovka, Lakeville
Timelimit: 10 minutes

What i need:
2 arty
1 tier 9 med.. t54
3 tier 10 .....2x is7 1x maus

ill be running t-54 myself.
