I understand that you HAVE to do this, but for those who are in TS with you, they dont want to hear you echo, this is how you fix it:

Settings-Options-Hotkeys-Add(the one on the right, the one on the left adds a new hotkey profile) and you arrive at the screen i have in the image.
You will be adding TWO new hotkeys.
HOTKEY #1:
#1: Assign the hotkey to Q, or whatever key you use for In-Game-Chat on WoT.
#2: Choose the activity for this HotKey to Toggle Mic Mute
3#: select "On Key Down"
HOTKEY #2: the ONLY difference, is that you will create a hotkey that does all of the above "ON KEY RELEASE!"
OR: full explanation 🙂

When you have this setup, your mic will mute while holding down Q, and will reactivate when you release Q.
