On special request hereby the crew experience excel sheet i made.
The first table shows the XP required to gain 1%. The second table shows the xp required to reach 100% for that skill.
Plz note that dead crew doesnt gain xp and that the bonus on an elite tank is 100% devided by the number of crewmembers.
I use this chart in combination with the free 100% crew trick (i saw it was allready posted in the forums) so i dont over and\or undertrain my crew when training
