Hi i had the problem, where the old(green <BH> ) logo was shown on my tank with the new 7.3 patch, not the new, good looking logo... the solution worked for me!!
i found the solution on the WoT forum:
"I have found a solution when looking @ russian forums, the only downside is that each player has to do this separately:
1. Go to the following folder >> C: \ Users \ Your Name \ AppData \ Roaming \ Wargaming.net \ WorldOfTanks.
Note: If you cannot see the folder "AppData", you will need to enable it by going to "Organize" and then click "Folder and Search options". A window will then appear, click on the "View" tab at the top and then select the option "Show Hidden files, folders and drives". The App data folder will then appear.
2. Once in the WorldOfTanks folder as stated above, delete the 3 folders of custom_data, dossier_cache and tutorial_cache. Do NOT delete the preferences file. this should remain where it is. NOTE: Keep a back up of the folders deleted just incase you may need to restore them.
3. Restart your game and it should work.
My clan have been having this same issue, and this is the only way we know of at the moment to enable custom emblems if you are having this particular issue.
