Militracks impression

Went today to the Militracks with Sturmovic,Burningnight and Yucko, thought it would be nice to show some pics that I made over there. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Now I can identify them all with captions, but I guess that's not needed for an experienced BHL member.....enjoy them.

And this was a short impression of our day, also we had an official tour guide and he couldn't shut up for one minute.A total freaked out tanker equipped with a superb knowledge about every tank stationed there, I should give him some credits too...

awesome puni...i have a question: what is the behemoth on the first picture...it says BARC 33 of the US army, but WIKI says BARC is a bar(for drinking)

so if you know what that was, pls say, so i can read about the vehicle/pontoon/landing craft/huge thing ๐Ÿ™‚
It took me a while because I didn't look at the sign that stood beside it.....guess I was flabbergasted by the shear size of it....lol

After some research I found the name,it's the LARC 60 and it was used in the Vietnam war.

Stats and pic

They were really fun to drive.
I can remember having drag races on the beach at Fort Story on a slow day. Also made many trips out to ward eastern shore fishing when the blues' were running. We had an old Colonel who liked to fish so we accommodated him anytime he wanted.
Nice vid about the LARC where you can see a little bit better how HUGE that thing really is.

Never seen such a flat car!! LOL
