Team speak problems

ive been having some problems with the team speak clients
im having to switch between the 32bit and 64bit in order to talk for maybe 5mins or less
i know its not my headset or anything as i can test and get play back
and i have very low ping and no packet loss
any ideas or tips would be much appreciated

maby the problem is having 2 install from teamspeak.
tried unistalling 1?

i have to uninstall one and install the other
cant have both installed at the same time

tried switching out the sound card and buying new headsets both usb and jack but still no difference
so it seems like im having an internet problem?

do you have any other programs running at the same time?
like skype or msn?

nothing else runs except virus software
