I had a nice time on braveheart till now. But tonight really sucked. The subject is as old as gaming in general is, i guess:
Fairness / balanced teams / teams sorted by skill and not xp
I watched the thing going on for about 4 maps. After that i only spectated only to witness it is not going to get any better.
And maybe i will loose some respect now, but i would call that lack of administration. In my opinion it's a members / admins duty to take care for fair teams and a possible / rewarding challenge for everyone.
People are leaving the server because of such things and some you might never see again.

yes phantom you are right. but i was yesterday online and i'm only level 11 and i can't do a shuffle. if it is axis attack and the allies have one player more then i can fix it with putteam but i can't even the whole teams by xp. i do what i can do to have balanced teams.

He is right abaout the skills, sometimes people only want to play with the best players. They move to the other team, just because they wont die too much! Pitty, but true!
There could be players with lots of XP, but less skills. So...its not always fair to do a xp shuffle, it's about the admins to watch for this! Also other BH members are about to know the rules and watch for it. They could tell other players (or new players) about our rules.

Not always maybe...but always when i am on it seems.
The last two times it was that unbalanced again and no one seemed to care....

[list]we all do the best for balanced teams,sometimes they are a little unbalanced,but its true it makes you better and better in this time,you can learn from some good players to fight ! We can shuffle XP and makes teams even but always it gives good players in the other team and you will loose a fight ore a game,next map it will it go better and you can win with your team ,i have the same problems,i loose too, some fights ore games ,but its not the problem from the balance,i am suck sometimes 😆 and some from my teammates too 😆 [/list:u:4ec938dacd][list]Greetz SCAR[/list:u:4ec938dacd]

I am not talking about getting better. I have no plans to reach Splatterladders Top 500. To be honest, concerning things i witness lately, i rather plan to quit on ET entirely.
Yesterday night i asked several times if we please could shuffle the teams. We lost 5 maps in a row and all my team got was "loosing spree", "you suck", "you really suck". Our opponent team got everything around "rampage" to "unstoppable"....
I don't mind loosing some maps in a row. I don't mind getting results like 4-50 and stuff. But lately i only get bothered cause it seems to happen every time i am here. There was plenty of Admins present, but if i am the only one who did notice that there was something wrong with the teams, i guess i am at the wrong place....
