just a view minutes ago i was kicked from your great server, the reason was spawnkilling, according to noorman, but i dont think this was right.
When a Player is standing in the Spawn and shoot out of the Spawn he
is not Protected by the Spawnkilling Rule and you can kill him, but you can only kill this Player !!!!!
this is exactly what happened, and i think that noorman doesnt even know this rule from this server!
it was in x-posed, and i sat on the tank and he was shooting at me from his spawn, of course he was first protected, but after that 3 sec i killed him, while he was shooting at me, and he kicked me for spawnkilling???? weird and totally unfair according to me...
so noorman, why???
i didnt even got a warning while i never broke any rule of BH

well...in this case,you have right,if is true,what you write...he wasnô t protected by spawnkilling rule,if he shoot first to you...add 2,Noorman should warn you first and if you dont stop,then kick you...is it clear? we will wait for Noorman story yet...
well i post this here, coz it says so when i was kicked... thats why, i should contact admin if i feel it was unfair, so i do this in this way...
i asked noorman why, and he told me: you know the rule about sk, i said yes, but you know the rule when you shoot at me from spawn... and then he didnt respond anymore...

I know what happened, and i know i wasn't alone in our spawn. I know for sure that i wasnt shooting, because i could't.
I warned more players for spawnkilling, even spawnkilling on your spawn by my own teammates. I know for sure i warned more then 3 times!!
After some warnings someone who's still spawnkilling gets kicked...i even shaked a person (i didnt know who it was anymore). More then three warnings must be enough!
So...i wasnt shooting at ya, maybe my teammate did.
You can see persons coming back in there spawn, see the blue sign above there head, they are not able to shoot!!
So...you asked me in the game why i kicked ya, i gave you an answer, now i have to do this again.
Everybody may say it wasnt fair, and ask for an answer, but you dont have to ask me twice.
Thx anyway this could be cleared. I hope everyone will read the great RuleBook. I'm still busy with the French Rulebook (specialy for Elskull 😃 )

well, let me just finish with my last reply and then get on with it...
1. discussion are always nice 😃
2. you can see the demo: if a person is running in his spawn from there to somewhere else, i cant specify who is shooting of course...
3. we were with 4 or 5 players, and im pretty sure you didnt warn a lot, coz there was no reason too... remember we started that map with 2 vs me alone?
3. you could always send a pm to me if i was breaking a rule
4. you are able to shoot when you have a blue sign above yer head, 100% sure bout that!
5. i asked you why, you responded... and i responded also... but if you stop then.. i still am unsure...
