Patch 2.60b

Hello ET players i've got an question about a new patch i read about,at least i think it's new,my patch is 2.60,but the new one's named 2.60b ít has got something to do with the bufferoverflow 8O Is it recommended that i dload it or not?

The patch is installed on the server and is not recuired for players.
I never have installed it only 2.60 nothingmore.
